Every library is an effort to bring the change but this one is special. One of its kind - We have opened a "Braille library" in Saharanpur with Ajay Singhal Ji. Ajay ji who is a karamaveer, works on ground to make a difference in all the ways possible. Let’s not wait for the change, let’s be the change.
