“It is, however, not to the museum, or the lecture-room, or the drawing-school, but to the library, that we must go for the completion of our humanity. It is books that bear from age to age the intellectual wealth of the world.” A little library, growing larger every year, is an honourable part of a man's history. It is a man's duty to have books. A library is not a luxury, but one of the necessaries of life.

A library seems to be an essential part of a society. A library full of books and readers will definitely leads to a better tomorrow for everyone. In a country like ours, a library can play multiple roles. Many students don’t even have a proper place to study in their home. The library is such a place for them. For few others, it can host a part of their career transformation as it having a vast source of knowledge. It’s a place where everything related to education, will be there and it can play a crucial role in development of a particular area. Keeping all these things in mind, Sanskriti started its first library in July 2007 in Bahadurgarh. The library got an amazing response from community people and motivated us to open more such libraries, spreading the joy of reading and knowledge to even more communities. Our library is also a place of circulation of old school books. Students donate their books to library and we circulate the books to the students who need them.

Free libraries are vital for fostering knowledge, as they provide access to a wealth of information and resources. They encourage reading, which is a fundamental skill and a source of lifelong learning. Moreover, libraries ensure that information and educational materials are accessible to all members of society, regardless of their background or circumstances. This inclusivity is crucial in promoting equal opportunities and helping individuals reach their full potential. Libraries are not just places for books; they are hubs of learning, community engagement, and personal growth. Now, we have a vision of opening a Sanskriti library in every village as a community library or a library in Govt. Schools.

The biggest obstacle in achieving success is not the lack of opportunity but its not knowing where the opportunity exist !!!

If one doesn't know the destination , How can we expect someone to achieve it . Before starting a journey we need to know our destination.

This is almost true when we are choosing our career in student life. Youth is the future of our nation and they play a crucial role in nation development. Most of our country's population is living in villages. They are the heart of India. Students in rural part are very talented but usually they know nothing about their career path. In the student life, career guidance plays a very important role and it shapes the student's all life. Its the time when one can transform the life of a person to show him a proper path to achieve his dreams. The situation which we confronted is that even today students dont know about the IITs, IIMs, UPSC etc. So without proper career guidance, they dont realize their full potential. Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions a person will ever make. Unfortunately, many people make career choices without much career guidance.
